Could you give an hour for voluntary power?

The Good Grief Trust is recruiting volunteers to help it to re-open its Good Grief Pop Up Cafes nationwide.

The Cafes are a simple, yet very effective method of bringing bereaved communities together, in the local area, to make vital new connections and friendships. This initiative launched in 2019. The current crisis has had a profound impact on the mental health of many of those bereaved through Covid19, or under other circumstances.  The Trust is keen to ensure that it builds strong support networks across the UK, for anyone struggling with their grief.

Would your organisation like to open a Good Grief Cafe? Do you have a bereaved volunteer who could set up and host a Cafe?

If so, the Trust would love to hear from you. Full guidance, support and advice will be provided and regular Volunteer Zoom meet ups will be arranged with all the Good Grief Cafe Hosts.
