Could you give an hour for voluntary power?

If involving volunteers during lockdown, please consider the following:

  1. Can it be deferred until after the 2nd December
  2. That it is not practical or therapeutic to do in another format, e.g. teleconference.
  3. The building/place being used has appropriate COVID Safety Measures in place.
  4. The activity format has been organised to minimise the risk of infection transmission.

 Free online training for volunteers

Did you also know that volunteers involved in health and social care can access free online training and work towards a National Volunteer Certificate? The programme of training is being offered by Helpforce in association with Health Education England. In addition to resources and training for volunteers, organisations that manage volunteers can also access a range of resources. Find out more here:
