Could you give an hour for voluntary power?

cti2000 logoCTI 2000 supports people with learning disabilities and their friends to meet for fun and friendship in Ilkley and surrounding areas via various weekly activity groups including a Dance Group, Supper Club, Garden Project and Carers' Support Group.

We are looking for volunteers to become trustees of the charity.

The roles of the trustees are divided, some having direct contact with the learning disabled and others in more administrative roles.

Each paid project leader is in partnership with a named trustee who is responsible for the smooth running of the group but is not expected to be present each time the group meets.

Other trustees take a role in general administration, finance and fundraising.

At present we also need a volunteer for the dance group which meets on a Thursday evening in term time.

Volunteers for the Allotment project at St John’s Church Ben Rhydding which takes place each Wednesday in term time from 10---4. This can be volunteering all day, morning or afternoon or on a rota basis.

We also require volunteers who can be called upon when extra support is needed.
